Provide Education in Guatemala with "KINDRED VOLUNTEER"

education in guatemala with Kindred Volunteer

You can help hundreds of children complete primary school and have an education in Guatemala. That’s more than 500 children who will benefit from it and you can be a part of it.

Even though in Guatemala, Education is free and mandatory, 70% of the children will not complete primary school, 32% of the population is illiterate, and 2 million children are not going to school. With more than half of the population living below the poverty line, it is hard for rural families to afford books, supplies, transportation… which are not provided by any public Services.

How you help

$5 from every purchase goes back to Kindred Volunteer and help the nonprofit organization fund the construction of new classrooms at a school in Guatemala. Our goal is to build new classrooms and provide books to hundreds of children at a school in rural Guatemala.

Kindred Volunteer is a nonprofit located in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. Kindred Volunteer helps Guatemala and other developing countries succeed by providing friendly and disinterested hands, through intercultural exchange, to help them get up and start walking on their own.

This cause is special to us because Stephane, Alex and Matt volunteered at that school in 2010, fixing furniture to improve the life of hundreds of children while at school.
